This depends on the collection location, available transport capacity and shipment requirements. Tell us the earliest collection time and latest delivery deadline. A specific time window is confirmed before booking.

Direct transport moves the shipment to its destination by road. An on-board courier accompanies it on a flight. The options depend on distance, deadline, contents, dimensions and weight. You can leave the choice of transport mode open in your enquiry.

Yes. Start with collection and delivery locations, your name, email address, phone number and a transport mode. If unsure, choose “Please recommend a transport mode”. Company, timing and shipment details are initially optional. We clarify the information needed to carry out the transport before booking.

We also coordinate enquiries for overnight and weekend transport. Availability and handover times at both addresses are agreed in the quote. An enquiry alone does not reserve capacity.

Yes. Describe the contents, packaging and specific shipment requirements. We assess whether transport is possible before booking. An enquiry does not constitute a blanket acceptance of the shipment.

An enquiry is non-binding. Following assessment, you receive an offer. Transport is booked only after you place the order and we issue a booking confirmation. A form receipt is not a booking confirmation.

The confirmed collection time depends on the location, available capacity and load. Share the earliest readiness time; the quote includes a specific transport schedule.

Direct Drive describes the direct route. Dedicated transport is dispatched for an individual assignment. A dedicated journey can also be a Direct Drive movement.

When the overall time saved justifies the additional coordination and the shipment is suitable for an accompanied passenger flight. Arrival at the recipient matters, not flight time alone.
